I made great foam tonight. I won't wax nostalgic or talk all James Gleik about the physics of foam or poeticize about good cappucino foam. But it added some frosting to my night. Doing that. Doing it just right. Knowing that for someone who really knows cappucinos, he or she would understand and appreciate the mastery. Knowing that for someone who doesn't know cappucinos, I've created understanding.
