iPAQ Survives
As a result of Hewlett Packard's takeover of Compaq, the Compaq iPAQ will be renamed the "HP iPAQ Pocket PC." The HP Jornada will go away. That was predictable, but bad news for current Jornada owners who, in the 560 Series Pocket PC, finally had a world class product. Thank god for this, I am a big fan of the iPaq, I own a 3870 with a CF+ Pack and an IBM 1gig microdrive. It never leaves my side.
