I just noticed that the flash 6 public beta players have been updated as of today. I did not see any info on this released today so here it is :) The release notes have also been updated.
The interesting ones that caught my eye were:
*The installation process will configure the browser to add Flash version information to the accept header to the HTTP transaction with the Flash version information to allow server-side Flash Player version detection.
*We have made performance improvements in creating shared objects.
*Macintosh: Multiple-tiered shared libraries were not loading completely on the first load.
Make sure to check out the areas of risk, thats where us as flash developers will benefit, by making sure they work correctly. I personally am going to bang on SharedObjects as I have run into certain bugs over the last few days. The release notes did not specify remote or local sharedobjects but I am going to try to work with both.
