TIME, SPACE AND SPEED The esoteric complexities of quantum computing are detailed in 'A Shortcut Through Time': Quantum Weirdness in today's New York Times. I still don't get it. I'm fascinated by this stuff, yet while reading the NYT's simplified version, I only understood a small portion of the concept. I felt as if I were looking at a silhouette picture of a goblet and, even knowing that profiles of faces lay within, couldn't get the image to pop out.
