An interesting look back at late 1996 courtesy of Tomalak's Realm. I like the memories of WebTV. I bought one in early 1997. It was my major introduction to the internet. The future was wide open. It was a great product because it was affordable, easy to use, and never crashed. Microsoft then bought the company and sat on them.
