'I Want Balboa' A home for Rocky. The Rocky statue, a timeless artwork that references man's struggle for dignity, the triumph of the underdog, and beauty of the Everlast logo, has been struggling to find a place to be exhibited, having been kicked around Philadelphia by snooty anti-Stallone forces for years. Not arty enough for the PHiladelphia Museum of Art, they sniffed. Sha, right. Now it seems, a home has been found.
