Bruce S. does a nice job of explaining the Papal election process. The MSM has led me to believe this process was secret. Maybe I just have not been paying close attention. The process is not secret, they just do not allow outsiders to observe while it's in progress. Sounds reasonable to me. Besides, I'll bet Father Roderick will make me feel like 'I was there'.
