Update:  Patrick found the source of his publishing problem.  It turns out to be the same cause of my upstreaming problem from yesterday.  The only thing that fixed it for me was shutting down Radio completely.  Very frustrating.  I can't understand why my connection was refused.  This coupled with the fact that my referers page has been unavailable about 90% of the time for the past few weeks are the main reasons why I am searching for a replacement.

Patrick and Justin have suggested Movable Type.  I read up on it and it seems like it would do the job.  I just hesitate because I would really like an ASP.NET solution.  I would also like the source code so I could fix any future annoyances.  Still looking for the ideal answer.  I'm starting to fear that the only thing that will truly satisfy me is a home-grown solution.
