Election rejection means beginning of Geauga social services cuts (Ohio)
Cleveland Plain Dealer story - "Much of Geauga County's social service network will be dismantled following two election losses on Tuesday, a movement that will leave many of those in need with nowhere to turn for help, officials said. Voters turned down tax increases for children's and mental health services on Tuesday, in essence denying the county programs more than $3.5 million per year in extra income."
