Hospital ends ties to counseling center division (Minnesota)
Monticello Times - "The Monticello-Big Lake Community Hospital District, which has long prided itself in its ability to handle the acute, long-term and mental health needs of this community, pared down its services Thursday. Citing the rising costs of mental health care, the hospital district board voted 7-1 to discontinue its counseling center services starting March 1."
