Richard Posner posts an interesting issue. As people become more immersed in online gaming, the experience will only become more and more "real" as technology advances. Should there be legal limits on the virtual world? People are "killing" other people every day on line. Should this be controlled or regulated in some way? What happens when other "real world" anti-social behaviour can be simulated in cyberspace, torture, rape, mass murder, is it all still just a game? Should there be some warning or control over the age of participants?
