Annual Meeting time I went to the Northrim BanCorp annual meeting this morning. Their employees and Board members nearly out numbered their investors. However, the meeting was significantly more interesting than the National Bank of Alaska annual meetings.
There is a major draw back to 9:00 a.m. annual meetings---the lack of quality "grazing food"----no wine, shrimp, crab cocktail, etc.---just OJ, muffin tops, and fruit.
