Dr. Simon Moores, owner of the Zentelligence weblog, has authored an excellent report entitled, "A Matter of Trust: A Special Report on Trustworthy Computing." Read it and let me know what you think. I find his perspectives to be excellent on matters of importance to the success of eGovernment and this is certainly one of those.
