A sort of homecoming I ran into Brandon Culvey this morning at Carribou Coffee, who had just missed running into Cale Stephens (who I need to catch up with), when visiting his brother Adam Culvey who is out in Los Angeles. Adam is one of my brother, Ben's, best friends. A unrelated event, Ben is coming home tonight from his 2 month long stint in Koln, Deutchland. 7:35:02 PM    comment []  trackback []

A cool Flickr group pool: Transparent Screens Peter Lindberg: "I had to try this. Some observations: The trick seems to be to step back a little and zoom so that your screen fills the viewfinder, then close the lid and take a shot, import it and try to match the color tone, exposure, brightness, etc. of the surroundings. Then set the picture as desktop picture. The next step is to reposition the powerbook and the camera until it matches. Or at least, that's a way that seems to work.
