Mr. Perren writes a column entitled "The Internet Review" for each issue of the Journal, and in this one, his purpose is "to open the eyes of researchers, policy makers, and entrepreneurs who have not considered the value of blogs." Mr. Perren goes on: "Some readers may view blogs as data resources for a discourse analysis; other as providing helpful pointers for entrepreneurs. Good . . . Grief.The Trademark Blog reports that the owners of the Dewey Decimal System are suing a NYC hotel for trademark infringement. A must-read. [Scripting News] Not only that, the owners of the System "only" want triple the profits of the hotel, from the time it was opened, as damages. That does it. I'm trademarking my name.
