Podcasting not doing the job for e-Learning.Thanks to George for validating my opinion about podcasts. They aren't an automatic winner for e-Learning. They are ok for marketing if well done. Poscasting for Knowledge: "Currently podcasting is very much one-way broadcasting, true it lowers the barriers and access to radio sound bites, but there is limited feedback opportunity and almost no interaction.
