It seems that Slate has just changed its site so that its articles cannot be read with the Opera browser- only the home page loads. I wonder if Michael Kinsley knows about this? How annoying; if I have to read their content using an MS browser, I don't know if I will continue to visit them. Their content is good, but not that good.
