Just curious, are there more personal weblogs than personal home pages on the Web by now? (Here's a very unscientific test that suggests that it is indeed the case.)

"a non-linear, non-date-stamped, not-updated regularly, unpersonalized
tone, manually managed & hard-coded [page] with no purpose of social
networking, knowledge sharing or linkrolling."
