SCO vs IBM lawsuit

There is so much media coverage about this lawsuit that I have purposely avoided commenting - until now.  The best perspective I have found is that of Tom Yager in the 5/26 InfoWorld.  He suggests that SCO filed the suit in hopes that IBM would buy them to avoide the legal battle.  Hmmm.  Isn't that an interesting view?
