Another Austin experience tonight: the Trail of LIghts, featuring the The Zilker "Moon Tower" Tree, but tht was just be beginning. Quite an amazing display of trees in all colors, red trees, purple trees, rainbow trees; very Dr. Seuss-like, with every sort of Christmas, Disney, and rair tale character along the trail. Great family fun. And then, at the end, there was live music, Patrice Pike playing electric guitar in the rain with an appreciative audience of a couple of dozen passing by. I love this town!
