I've come to the conclusion that I'm really not an IDE kind of guy. I spent some of the weekend looking at Objective-C and Cocoa. Going through a few of the tutorials, it became quite apparent that to really develop for OS X, you need to use the Project Builder and Interface Builder apps.
Doing that would be tough.. Oh well, such is life..
