Study: Apple, Dell lead PC customer satisfaction index. Apple's customers are among the most satisfied of any PC vendor measured in a study released Tuesday by the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Apple's success comes from a focus on innovation and improving tech support, according to the professor behind the study.
