Remember Paul Vallas?

Paul Vallas is heading the school reform in Philadelphia, and the projects going on there are being watched across the country. Sound familiar? It should. The things that Mr. Vallas accomplished here in Chicago, for better or worse, became a model for many other large school districts. Seems like he might be up to his old tricks.
