Entrepreneur Mentoring

From Carolyn Henly Ciesla of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program via AlwaysOn Network:

...Sponsored by the Kauffman Foundation, the Educators Corner is a free online archive of high-technology entrepreneurship education resources, built to support, guide and encourage faculty worldwide who teach entrepreneurship to science and engineering students. It encourages educators to think about how entrepreneurship should be taught by giving them access to teaching methods, case studies, articles, digital video clips, and an extensive network of other resources. The resources available are useful for anyone teaching a subject with a high-tech emphasis who is looking to make an impact in their classroom. STVP has also taken care to make sure that the Educators Corner satisfies the needs of other audiences as well. This list includes entrepreneurs, marketing consultants, students, and top executives. Lessons such as leadership skills, career/life balance, creativity, and innovation apply to just about everyone, no matter their position in the career or education ladders.

The speakers' stories are filmed, edited, and uploaded onto the Educators Corner for access either through real-time streaming or downloadable MPEG format. Some of the speakers currently available are David Neeleman (JetBlue), Judy Estrin (Packet Design), Jeff Hawkins (Handspring), and Vinod Khosla (Kleiner, Perkins, Caulfield & Byers)...
