1. Have you ever had to appear in court? What was the reason? How did it turn out?
Nope. Thank God. Court sucks.

2. Ever been accused of something you never did? Were you able to convince anyone?
Not really. I'm a good kid, I really am.

3. When it comes to crime and punishment, do you agree with the saying "An eye for an eye?"
Not all the time. For the most part, yes.

4. Are you a judgemental person? Do you ever make up your mind about a person before you know them? When was the last time that happened? Or if not, how do you keep from being judgemental?
I'm not judgemental. I base my opinions quite a bit on first impressions. If I don't know someone personally, my mind is focused on my first impression of that person. It isn't until I meet someone face to face that I form a detailed opinion of the person.

5. When I was in 6th grade I lit a match in class accidentally and was given the choice of having my folks called or getting 10 "swats." I took swats and damn, that wooden paddle with the holes drilled in it hurt like hell (not to mention the horible whistling sound it made before impact). I don't think they allow "swats" anymore. Ever get "swats" at school? How do you feel about children being spanked in school. Is it best that they don't do that anymore? How about parents spanking kids? Good or bad?
No swats in school for me. I went to public school after that whole regime. I don't think teachers should be handling physical discipline. That's the job of the parents. An occasional physical reinforcement of an idea I think is fine. I was spanked twice in my whole life. I sure learned my lesson after that. Beating on your child, however, is very very wrong.

6. What is your favorite "Chick Flick?"
Chick flicks are bad. Give me a real movie.

7. Describe the last situation you were in that can best be summed up by the phrase "seemed like a good idea at the time?"
I can't really remember. Hmmm...

BONUS: Who will bury us when we die?
I'd like to think my kids.

Today's Comment Question: What's your favorite saying (currently)?
I <3 MSI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (usually said at least 5 times a day)

"Just another manic monday oooooaaaaooooo"

How many remember that song? lol Lame as it is, it fits nicely with today. School...was school. Nothing big. Work...was work and more. Everything was different today. Something seemed odd about today. I think it's the side effects from my allergy medicine, what do you think?

I met a new person today. I talked to Derek for a while last night and he offered to meet up today for "coffee" (which is really just a casual way of saying 'let's hang'...I guess?) after I was out of class. To start with, he's a Björk fan. Oh my goodness gracious. Any boy that loves Björk as much as I do deserves a hi-five or something. We met up at Coffee Bean down on 2nd St. in Belmont Shores (<3). Talked for awhile and headed over to Pennylane for some used CD goodness. He graduated with a BS in Computer Sci and a BA in Japanese. Whoa, big of a spectrum leap. He's leaving for Japan on Wednesday and it turns out he lived in Toyko for a year! Pretty interesting. He's an Apple user, he watches The Screen Savers, he thinks Martin is annoying and Morgan is pretty hot. Good stuff there. All in all, it was a nice time. I was a little nervous only because I always am when I met new people. It took me 2 weeks to actually look Brena (my CSULB friend) in the face when I talked to her. I had to jet from there over to work and take care of crap that happened (crap always happens...phuck).

Right about now my head is a big slushie. Those drugs and a lack of food for today have made me a pretty interesting character today. Richie's friends/co workers have been leaving some pretty weird comments lately. Usually the people who leave comments will leave something that's a.) ledgible b.) follows some sort of grammar rules and c.) is interesting. Not lately. It's like everyone was purposly trying to use inside jokes the entire time. Eh. Maybe I'm just not in the loop. That's probably it. Maybe I'll call up Dad and see if he wants dinner. I <3 my dad. Sometimes he really does some stupid sh*t that gets on my nerves but he really is a good dad.
