I am having problems with my 1000Base-T card in my disks box. I tried to upgrade the drives but I have the latest version. Checked the cable... The connection just cut ramdomly... Is it possible that my CPU (Duron 1100) isn't fast enough to process all the interrupts coming from the RAID card and the network card? I used the performance meter to plot the % of time the CPU was processing interrupts and it rarely goes over 10%. What's the problem then? Anybody with a simillar problem? Meanwhile I am back to my rock-solid on-board 100Base-T card.
