Radio codebase changes to rid it of tables
I've completed work on two modified scripts for Radio, part of an ongoing project to rid the Radio code of HTML tables that are not needed. I've finished the news aggregator and part of the desktop website. Next stops: WYSIWYG editor and the Status links on the desktop website.
