Dave Slusher: "Folks, be strong. If you let other people make money off you and give your stuff to them for nothing, you just undercut yourself and allow them to devalue your labor. Doing this for love and not getting paid is fine. When you do it for love and someone else gets paid, that is not fine."

Dave's talking about a recent move by Infinity Broadcasting to take podcaster's content and rebroadcast them on a failing AM station. His point is obvious and much like another Dave--he's warning us now that times are a changin'. If you publish content and don't police for it's misuse or misappropriation, you are failing yourself.

Read Mr. Slusher's post, then petition the AM station for their logs. The logs are a legal record of what they played and when. Make sure you content isn't there unless you authorized it.
