Essential Blogging, by O'Reilly. Grrrreat... :) [Joe's Jelly] That's a mean looking mog on the cover. Its owner must have forgotten to give it its 'whiskers' this morning. This reminds of http://www.ilbbs.com/oracovers/ which caused much hilarity when I first came across it. 12:00:39 PM     More spookiness. :) I mentioned the issue tracking / automated testing coincidence to my colleague, and he forwarded me the following link : http://www.deoxy.org/t_morph.htm The strange thing about this is not the content of the page, but the URL itself. I own the 'tmorph.com' domain, and that link refers to a page called 't_morph.htm', but my colleague didn't know about my domain! Ladies and gentlemen, we are entering the twilight zone... :) 11:28:00 AM     JIRA-Maven is a very, very cool idea. Thought for the day. Linking JUnit test cases with your bug tracker. I wonder how easy this would be to do with JIRA and a Maven plugin? Should be pretty damn simple. I chatted to Jason a while back about writing a JIRA Service to read the POM and automatically generate projects / versions within JIRA. That would be wicked! (and should only take someone who knows the Maven internals an hour to do!). [rebelutionary] This is spooky - myself and a colleague were talking about the idea of automated testing / issue tracking integration only yesterday. I think one of the reasons why it kicked off for us was seeing the red/green bar on Jira's Road Map page (eg http://jira.atlassian.com/secure/BrowseProject.jspa?id=10240&;report=roadmap) We were thinking of how this may apply to Stories / Tasks / Iterations in XP project planning.
