My column on the cheap but bad broadband in Finland appeared today (in Finnish, Halpaa mutta huonoa laajakaistaa). Broadband services cause increasingly often problems for customers, due to massive layoffs in the telecommunications companies. And in wireless connections Finland is behind most other European countries. (Especially the city of Helsinki is way behind the times.)
