Apple is calling back 1.8 million Sony batteries: "Dell is not the only company that bought batteries from Sony. Now Apple is calling back 1.8 million batteries, which were built for iBooks and PowerBooks." [:: vowe dot net ::] My year-old iBook has one of these faulty batteries. Good to get a fresh replacement. I also have a replacement battery (bought for my previous, aging iBook), but unfortunately it is not covered by the recall.
