Foreign Flimflam

International thieves are using stolen credit card numbers to buy from U.S. vendors over the Internet. Goods received at U.S. addresses are then being rerouted overseas. One thief had over 300 stolen cards and had purchased $900,000 in merchandise. On-line credit-card fraud is currently estimated at $24 million per day.
