About 6 months after I mention it in my previous weblog (now defunct) someone else gets the bright idea that NetP might be a good takeover candidate.  Of course, I've since learned that there is a poison pill in effect at NetP but can't find any info on what the terms of it are.  Still, it's a sad state of affairs for the current shareholders, having to sit there while the executives leech the company to death, with little to no hope of getting any of the cash out.
