I'm enjoying a new Powerbook, that's given me a new awareness of OS
choices. I got the compact screen size, to make it easier
to carry and use on my bed. My powerbook is starting to feel like
an extension of my hands and thoughts.

I don't know when or if I'll move my current blog software, Radio Userland. Last move
from one Windows machine to another didn't go too well.

More Moodle

To provide cost effective technology education, online courses could help our state government education tremendously. Instruction could be self-paced, just-in-time, and tailored to the government's technology road map. Yesterday's post about Moodle at the Open University was my introduction, but I'm now finding more resources; some flourishing in Northern California where I live and work.

Moodle’s worldwide numbers and enterprise level usage place it as the open source rival to WebCT and Blackboard in terms of maturity and scale. Moodle is currently being employed to deliver a number of courses at CSU Humboldt and CSU San Francisco, along with more than 6000 other institutions worldwide.
