An ITIL Service Desk Implementation Earlier this week, actually December 29, Project Management Think blog posted about the California Department of Technology Services (DTS) implementation of ITIL in the Service Desk area. Unfortunately the learn-more link in "To learn more about ITIL/ITSM activities, visit the DTS Online Guide" goes to the department intranet, which would only be accessible inside DTS. 10:34:39 PM    comment []
