Did you see this?  Apparently Ramirez, the cartoonist, is a conservative whom was trying to make the point that the president was being attacked over Iraq for partisan political reasons.  The irony was of course lost on the Authorities, who feel any criticism of the President is a capital offense. And do you remember the original photo on which this cartoon was based from the Viet-nam era? You decide - here's the image that ran in the LA Times:
