Abstract or Precise Art? I'm not sure which this is, but it goes right to the heart of the informational meaning in art that we touch on here. Justin Mullins' mathematical photographs are formally beautiful (in a typographical sort of way.) I wonder if the Segar Formula might be as evocative? Let's give it a go.... RO = 1.0, Al2O3 = 0.5 - 1.25, SiO2 = 5.0 - 12.5
How does that work for you? This is the formula for porcelain. Somehow it seems fitting. (thx frogpond and boingboing) 10:54:58 AM |
