Rotor License issues

Ingo Rammer raises some concerns over the Rotor license. From what I understand of the Rotor license you are free to change and mod Rotor source and share that code out (CVS access for Rotor in places such as Sourceforge and gotdotnet, I have heard, is on the cards) it's just that that you can not sell that code nor use that code in a commerical application.
