Guardian: "George Monbiot's explicit attack on the film Loose Change (A 9/11 conspiracy virus is sweeping the world ..., February 6) has no basis in fact. While we accept that there are flaws in the current version of the film, we stand by its overarching theme that the official 'conspiracy' theory of 9/11, constructed in the hours, days, weeks and months after 9/11, is false."
Monbiot falls into the same trap as many conspiracy theorists. The general objection that if something is a 'conspiracy theory' it is by definition wrong, is wrong in itself. Governments are conspirators. The American governments have been conspiring against hundreds of countries for many years. They topple governments, invade countries, export revolutions, murder opponents. That's fact.
Now about the 9/11 official reports. There are some very obvious flaws in the official version of what happened. And there are some very strange facts that haven't found an explanation yet.
There are some serious health implications for the people who were involved in rescue and recovery operations.
VillageVoice: "75 cases have come to light in joint-action lawsuits filed against New York City on behalf of at least 8,500 recovery workers who suffer from various forms of lung illnesses and respiratory diseases - and suggest a pattern too distinct to ignore."
ICH: "Fires raged at ground zero for many weeks after 9/11. In fact, it was not until December 19, 2001 that the NYC fire marshall declared the fires extinguished.
Many have denied the existence of molten steel at ground zero. But there are too many eyewitness accounts to dismiss, including the testimony of engineers, city officials and other competent professionals who toured the ruin.
These pools of molten metal have never been explained."
The fact that the two main buildings collapsed in an almost controlled way without tumbling to one side, is very, very strange.
Much more so is the deliberate demolition of Building 7 which housed several CIA and Secret Service offices. Mayor Giuliani's Office of Emergency Management was also located there. Building 7 was built to withstand bomb attacks. How was it possible that two fires broke out on separate floors? And why and how did they start? Fact is that this was without any doubt a controlled demolition, it collapsed from the ground floor. Why did they decide to pull this building?
To demolish Building 7 in a controlled way the demolition charges would have been present before the planes hit the WTC. Installing the detonation charges takes hours, if not days. So was the demolition of this building prepared before the event?
This is all very suspicious. There is an awful precision in the attack on the WTC, and the Pentagon, that cannot be the result of amateuristic work by some inexperienced pilots who would not have been able to fly a Sopwith Camel.
The fact that none of the emergency procedures worked during the attack and no fighter planes were scrambled, is very suspicious.
Fact is that the attack came as a boon to the warmongers in the White House. They thrived on it.
There is ample cause for reasonable suspicion of the American authorities, and if they were not actively involved, they certainly did nothing to prevent it or to act upon existing indications of an impending attack.

Now that the American presidential candidates are warming up, I would suggest to Evita to establish herself in America and go for the American presidency.

EUObserver: "MEPs are locked in a bitter political struggle over whether to water down a highly critical report implicating 14 European states in CIA activities in Europe, with a vote later today expected to expose the differences.
The resulting 77-page report, finalised last month in the committee and due for a final vote in the full plenary today, suggests that at least 1,245 CIA-operated flights were operated through European airspace between 2001 and 2005.
It also said that member states have been turning a blind eye to such flights, pointing the finger at, amongst others, the UK, Germany and Italy - all three of which come in for some of the strongest criticism.
Meanwhile, several ministers and EU officials are accused of not cooperating fully including EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana and anti-terror coordinator Gijs de Vries, while others are condemned for refusing to appear before the committee such as NATO chief Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and the head of Europol, Peter Ratzel."
Fact is that the highest authorities in several countries were involved in illegal, criminal activities.
