Yesterday we commemorated the liberation by the Soviet troops of the concentration camps Auschwitz and Birkenau in Poland. It was a sad day. Especially when we see how the land of Israel has become itself a land of racism, of ethnic cleansing and murder of civilians. Several people witnessed the killing of Gaza children carrying a white flag.
AsharqAlAwsat: "Israeli police have arrested a gang of Jewish extremists who have carried out several attacks on the homes and property of Arab citizens in the northern city of Nazareth Illit."
94% of the Israeli people supported the attack on civilians in Gaza. Some watching the scene with their binoculars were even laughing. That is enough to knock your head against the wailing wall of Jerusalem. This wailing wall has become another symbol in the gigantic mystification of the Jewish people.
What exactly does it mean to be Jewish? Is it a race or a religion? The Nazis have put a great effort into making the Jews a race. And it looks like the Zionists have much in common with an ideology that feels itself superior to other people, that bases its right of domination on the myths of its race.
But is the Jewish people really another race? We know that there are black Jews, some transported from Ethiopia, and that those are much discriminated against in Israel, just like the Arab Jews. Millions of people were simply imported into Israel whose ancestors never ever lived in the land of Canaan. So race is not really the issue or is it?

Haaretz: "According to Zand, the Romans did not generally exile whole nations, and most of the Jews were permitted to remain in the country. The number of those exiled was at most tens of thousands. When the country was conquered by the Arabs, many of the Jews converted to Islam and were assimilated among the conquerors. It follows that the progenitors of the Palestinian Arabs were Jews. Zand did not invent this thesis; 30 years before the Declaration of Independence, it was espoused by David Ben-Gurion, Yitzhak Ben-Zvi and others.
We find, then, that the members of a variety of peoples and races, blond and black, brown and yellow, became Jews in large numbers. According to Zand, the Zionist need to devise for them a shared ethnicity and historical continuity produced a long series of inventions and fictions, along with an invocation of racist theses. Some were concocted in the minds of those who conceived the Zionist movement, while others were offered as the findings of genetic studies conducted in Israel."
So the Jews are not a race. They are a religion. The Zionists are wrong. The idea of race was used by the Nazis to incite hatred. And nowadays the Zionists are using the same idea of race and the same type of myths as the Deutschtum. Zionism is using the same rotten Nazi ideology to go on with the ethnic cleansing, this time of the Palestinians, who are actually also semites.
History can be so godforsaken sad. And some people will never learn.
