Guardian: "Russia and China are set to hold unprecedented joint military maneuvers on Chinese territory next year involving both nations' air forces and navies, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said in the Kremlin on Monday."
Let's be honest, the Bush regime and the new Europe have no intention of integrating Russia in the new world order. Russia is being harassed by the West on all sides, just like before. The reason is clear, it is oil and the access to oil via Georgia and the Ukraine. No wonder Russia is looking for new allies against an increasingly aggressive West.
