Thinking about ICANN again today. Why are we still struggling with the question of who governs the Internet and how? The Internet is supposed to facilitate better decision-making and open, transparent communications. Why does it seem to be making things muddier? It's such a disappointment that the ICANN global elections ended in failure last month. But it also seems like the right decision to be pushing hard for reform of what had become a crazy governance structure.
