Two child-maturity milestones in one night. For the first time, we left the kids alone, briefly, while we walked around the neighborhood. They did fine of course. Even handled a religious solicitor with aplomb (my Mom's in the shower right now). Also, we negotiated a reasonable bedtime with the kids, and in exchange for letting them play out later than normal, challenged them to get themselves in bed in time, which they did. Progress!

I've had my 2005 Ford Focus for 3 months and 3000 miles now, and it is time for a mini-review. I have a pretty loaded ZX4 SES. All it doesn't have is moon roof, weather package, audiophile package and leather seats.

No point re-capitulating the basics (see Edmunds) in detail. It is a fun, well-assembled, well-thought small car. On to my particular observations, which in the nature of criticism, are slightly weigted to the negative. That could be misleading, I'm quite happy with the car.
