Right. Here we go. I've downloaded Radio Userland and got it running. Apparently it doesn't like Safari. I'll have to see about that.

It's Saturday afternoon, the sun is shining and I still haven't recovered from last nights party. It was the annual Simpson FTPR bash for the press. I came away with a E60 Waterstones voucher and instructions from Karlin Lillington on how to set up a blog. Thanks Karlin. As soon as I learn how to, I'll link to your Weblog.

I actually won a voucher from Patagonia but Dave D'Arcy swapped with me. Ronnie Simpson also promised a copy of StarOffice for everyone at the party. It works, apparently, with Windows, Solaris and Linux. No Mac version then? Sniff!

Actually, yesterday was quite lucky. I won a E50 euro bet with Paddy Power on Newstalk 106. So now I'm counting on Sheffield United, Southampton and Cardiff to win their matches this afternoon. I assume they are sporting teams of some sort. If they do win, I stand to gain E225. (I'm using E for euro since Radio Userland doesn't seem to like the euro symbol)
