U.S. Set for Mobile Game Invasion.
A common sight in Europe and Japan -- cooler-than-thou teens and pinstriped businesspeople jabbing madly at their cell-phone keypads as they play mobile games -- may soon become standard in the United States. Elisa Batista reports from San Jose, California.

So many things to do, so many things to learn, so many things to PLAY WITH!!!
God .. I love games, gadgets, and technology. I haven't figured out why .. or to tell you the truth haven't even stopped to think why. Do you know why? Is it the actual STUFF that's exciting .. or is it the idea that it's all just VIRTUAL STUFF .. a game is an experience .. so is most gadgets. Gadgets are useful sometimes, but to me it's the new experience .. that moment. Like when I first started my XBOX and booted up Splinter Cell. I'll never forget it. I payed attention to every details .. the sound of the XBOX booting .. the actual whirring of the machine. The starting cut-scene.

Looks like we missed the boat to this one ... Imagine the energy at this conference. Fukin flowing. I can feel it from here .. and I'm not even connected to the 'net right now. It's like spiritual P2P .. or something. We gotta figure out how to capture the energy that's generated by meeting so many like minds in a short span of time. Ahh, on second thought I rather not capture it .. but be there. We'll probably be trying to capture the moment until the moment has captured us (?? hmm). Oyasumi.

For my IM(Instant Messaging) I've been using Trillion for awhile, but moved over to Miranda today. The reason for the move : Mojibake. Keita from J3 sent me a message over ICQ, but Trillion couldn't handle it. I need to IM with Japanese people .. and most of the time their messages are going to be in Japanese. Keita suggested Miranda for the PC and Proteus for OS X. Both of these could handle ICQ, MSN, and Yahoo!. So far the thing that's irking me about Miranda is I can't have multiple Yahoo! Messenger accounts like I had in my Trillion. And the bottom of the Miranda is Mojibake'd.

Oops .. forgot to mention that Miranda needs to be patched(in Japanese) and need to download/setup the MSN & Yahoo! portions. ICQ is already included.
Here are the links to the two that you need to setup, both are Japanese enabled:
