Wanted: 1-2 bedroom house, washer/dryer hookups, quiet neighborhood, safe neighborhood with no bars on windows, not on a busy street, cats ok for $1100 and under. Willing to pay extra deposit for cats. Cats are well mannered and have never destroyed carperting. Have excellent references, lived in current place for 7 years, moving because landlord is selling property. Locations interested in: Benicia, Vallejo, Pleasant Hill, Oakland..i'm open..

How its going so far.....I looked at a couple of places today..scary..bad neighborhoods, one on a busy street, one was a 2 bedroom house that was smaller than the studio i currently live in..scary...one guy i talked to was ok with cats then almost like his wife was standing there...said no,no, no, cats, we just put in new carpet..like he freaked or something..why do people assume that cats are going to ruin the carpet? My cats don't even like carpet..they prefer my bed (lol) and so far they haven't messed with the new couch that much but carpet..never.
i'm stressed..i know i need to find something but then again part of me thinks maybe i should stop stressing and just relax because something always happens when I'm least expecting it too..i got this place out of sheer luck..i wish i could buy it, i wish it was worth buying.....
