Funny email I got this morning from some guy wanting to design my other site for me and have me pay him..guess he hasn't seen this one *grin* I'm going to take care of the other site redesign tonight and then email him back, thanks but no thanks..already did it, maybe he'll hire me.
I didn't get the part-time bookkeeping job at Koko.org - something about me not being enthusiatic about bookkeeping and that my site looks like I'm emerging into the graphics design world and my table that I had put into my html file came out funny on plain text email end..hey it looked fine when I sent it but I tend to forget, Mac users have plain text email for some reason.
No worries though, I have an interview this afternoon which actually sounds like a great job and he found me through Craigslist..my new resume title is Zesty Accounting/Project/Office Manager which seems to get more hits but for some reason I feel like I'm describing a doritos bag or something (I even asked him if his company was stable and had a positive cash flow - he said yes and they were growing - which is good and its in Walnut Creek - yeah!!!) I'll put more info later about his possiblity - don't want to jinx myself.
anyone know what happened to Jake at Userland..his site hasn't been updated since December..does he still work there? just curious
