Before you actually make a purchase, make sure it fits and that you really really actually want the item because they DO NOT REFUND ANY MONEY, only exchanges or store credits. I bought a coat finally yesterday and thought I grabbed the XL, left the store, wore it and it didn't fit, the arms sleeves were too short. I so wanted to buy a women's jacket and now I remember why I always buy men's coats..the arms are longer. I went back to the store an hour later and they wouldn't refund the money period. Luckily, I found a coat that I liked, the sleeves were long enough and it was actually the coat I wanted a few months ago but couldn't find one that fit. I wore it home and its perfect!
But why won't they refund any money? Are they products defaulty? Some guy came in and exchange a few items and had a refund balance of 2 cents which they put on a store credit. Its like they are hoarding their money. I just read the corporate site's internet return policy, they will return the money but why won't the actual stores?
