wow, I'm sitting here thinking about all the work that needs to be completed and wondering how the hell I'm going to handle this new client, what I really really need is to hire someone.
This bookkeeper needs a bookkeeper, like right now!
I really need someone just like me but the odds of finding someone that knows quicken, quickbooks, web design, IT, project management, etc is probably slim. I thought when I talked to the client that I could take on the project one day a week and then find someone but honestly I need to find someone right now, someone that is perfect, someone that knows a little accounting but is teachable, the project is mainly data-entry into quicken and another program called timeslips and will be 4-5 days a week, possibly full-time and then there is the assistant to me work that needs to be done. Wow, I never thought starting my own business would make me this busy or in the utter need of an employee so quickly.
Anyone looking for work out there?
Another thought, I wonder if I have employees then I could probably get small business health insurance eventually...random thought popping out of head
