Foxtel Digital Debacle I spent all day Saturday at home waiting for the men from Foxtel to come and install the new Foxtel Digital service. We were expecting them between 12pm and 5pm. At 3.30pm I got a call from someone at Telstra saying that the installation was being cancelled and would be rescheduled to another time, but they couldn't tell me when and would get back to me within 2 business days. Weird. But it all made sense, when I saw a story in the smh - Foxtel digital roll out descends into chaos. A good old fashioned strike! An industrial dispute. Only a small step: Thomas St Kilda coach Grant Thomas says his side’s triumph in the Wizard Home Loans Cup grand final on Saturday night is only a small step in the club’s bid to re-emerge as an AFL powerhouse.
